Oral Interpretation

The Oral Interp Team consists of 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students.  Our Team represents our school before a Clovis Unified Oral Interpretation District-wide competition that occurs in February. We are judged on various parts of an oral presentation such as memorization, creativity, and articulation.  Auditions to become a team member happens in December with practice starting  in January.  Practices are three days a week.  Being on the team is an excellent introduction to drama and is one way to earn Block C points.  Students also learn skills such as speaking in front of an audience, confidence building, and poise.

This year's Festival is on February 6, 2018 at Paul Shaghoian Concert Hall @ Clovis North High School.
Audition results will be announced on November 15th on the morning announcements and posted at Room P-28.
Practices are 7:45 - 8:10 a.m. and will begin November 16th.  Practices are on Tues., Wed., and Thurs.
